Springs Window Fashions: As Director of Information Technology at Springs Window Fashions, Joshua oversaw the successful integration of multiple acquisitions, streamlining IT operations and consolidating disparate systems into a single global IT team. Currently, Joshua serves as Senior Director of Information Technology and Security at Springs Window Fashions, a $1.5B private equity-backed consumer products company. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing the company's global IT strategy, ensuring the security of critical systems and data, and overseeing IT operations for 9,000 employees across the US, Mexico, and China.
